Globalité was founded in 2010 by Carl Brouillette. Carl has completed a master’s degree on the subject of supports required to keep people with mental health problems in the workplace at Université de Montréal and a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Université Laval. He also teaches at the microprogram in disability management at the Université de Sherbrooke and for the Centre d’Action en Prévention de l’Incapacité au Travail (CAPRIT).
Through his dedication, hard work and great desire to help people, Carl has built a company that, over the years, has become the leader in the field of prevention and rehabilitation of work disability. Today Globalité is composed of a beautiful and growing team of passionate occupational therapists and administrators. The team’s knowledge and expertise enable Globalité to offer higher quality services that meet the specific needs of its clients.
