If your patient is unable to work due to injury or illness and they have income protection/disability insurance, they may be entitled to rehabilitation assistance from their income protection insurance policy.
If your patient is on a compensation claim (worker’s compensation, motor-vehicule accident, disability insurance), they can choose their own rehabilitation provider.
If your patient was involved in a motor vehicle accident, they may be entitled to paid assistance from SAAQ or private insurer.
